I am Making a website for neopets, like plushieslorg is. but MINE has no layouts or anything. I was wondering if i could borrow a few, considering i put that its from plushieslorg and That i dont edit the coding. my neoopets name is only_real_punk and email is feliciais@hotmail.com. THANKS!

Borrow a few, as in to put on your site and distribute to others? I believe that would be okay, but you MUST have visible credit to Plushie Slorg on your site. You may use our premade layouts as a layout for your own site, too. But don't remove the credit.
