Try this code: <iframe name=frame src=HOMEPAGEURLHERE width=100 height=100 marginwidth=0 marginheight=0 scrolling=auto border=0></iframe>
And just put target=frame after each link's URL, so they will open up in the iframe.

I have i-frames, but I can't get the color bar behind it, so everythngs white. Like you have the darkish french bluish for your navagation, how do I do that?
